招聘岗位：德语客服

岗位职责：

1.利用在线客服软件、邮件、即时通讯、电话等工具快速、准确的解答客户问题；

2.确认客户付款事宜，以及跟踪订单进展状况，确保订单的按时完成；

3.记录并即时向主管及相关部门反馈客户问题。

职位要求：

1.本科学历，德语专业4级以上；

2.德语听说读写熟悉；

3.熟悉计算机基本操作，打字速度快；

4.具有较强的协调、应急能力；

5.服务意识强，有良好的团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；

6.熟悉网络游戏或有客服经验者优先考虑。
